Advocate Health is seeking a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join our physician-led medical group and serve patients at the beautiful office and surgery center in Pleasant Prairie and the Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Position highlights
Full-time Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
You will practice at the beautiful newer physician office building and surgery center in Pleasant Prairie; Hospital cases will be done at the Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, an 80 bed full service hospital
You will become part of an integrated program within our Plastic Surgery Department and appreciate the support from an embedded Plastic Surgery Service line
Collaborative partners throughout Southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois meet regularly to discuss patient quality and service outcomes
You will have the opportunity to practice the full-spectrum of plastic surgery including microsurgery, breast reconstruction, skin grafting, flaps, and wound care, along with some cosmetics, however this is not a cosmetic practice
Supportive, dedicated staff with RNs and APCs
Excellent referral base from within the multi-specialty clinics and communities in the surrounding area
EPIC EMR
Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Starting salary range: $590,001-$590,001
Sign-on bonus eligible
Training and/or Experience Required:
Completion of an accredited program Microsurgery/microvascular fellowship helpful but not required Excellent skills/experience in microsurgery/microvascular reconstruction is required for this position
