who helps clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate the E2E service value chain and connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chains. You have expertise in the Aftermarket space, helping clients solve challenges in the E2E service value chain – product design, customer service, spares forecasting, supply/inventory/materials planning, forward fulfillment, order management, field service & repair, reverse logistics & returns, and warranty management. You use your data skills to develop and implement strategies that improve the entire supply chain process by applying cost efficiency, increasing business effectiveness, and creating synergies and collaboration across companies. You have the communication skills to ensure that everyone understands your ideas and how to implement them quickly. Your experience means that people look to you for guidance and ideas, and you know how to ensure teams complete their work on time, every time. The work: Find solutions to clients’ supply chain and operations aftermarket services related challenges Spot and solve challenges using your analytical & strategy skills to dive into data and compare vs. industry peers Lead workshops that look for ways to improve organizations and processes Determine methods and procedures for completing projects Provide clients insights that help make their companies work better, faster, and more efficiently Challenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel client growth Use digital tech to help clients find new ways to enhance their organizations' effectiveness and efficiency Work as part of small to medium-sized teams with diverse backgrounds, skills, and knowledge Effectively lead various workstreams on client engagements Lead and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties Support client sales origination and thought leadership development Ensure that projects help clients meet their key goals Drive a positive impact in the communities where we work and live Utilize the latest analytical tools and digital tech to help clients understand how to improve their organizations' effectiveness and efficiency Travel may be required for this role.
