Configure the Oracle Transportation Management application based on business requirements, including business workflows. Customize Oracle Transportation Management screens. Conduct fit-gap analysis with Oracle Transportation Management features to recommend and build custom solutions. Provide support for the Oracle Transportation Management application, including addressing technical issues, sharing knowledge on best practices, implementing improvements, and conducting monitoring, testing and troubleshooting. Represent the technical team on major projects in the review and analysis of business requirements, functional specifications, design documents, and overall solution design for the onboarding of new clients with a large-scale transportation management system. Consult with business leaders and daily users to identify and document system functional needs, procedures, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the Information Technology Team to define possible system solutions to business needs and guide the team and business leaders in choosing the best technical option and approach. Produce and update business process documents as they relate to warehouse management and supply chain management processes. Develop system requirements, functional specifications, unit and integration test scenarios, and other relevant documents necessary for the implementation of information technology solutions allocation. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving day-to-day systems issues as they relate to Oracle warehouse management, LogFire, inventory, laboratory information management systems, and supply chain management applications. Support core warehouse management as well as custom processes. Troubleshoot, analyze, and identify root issue causes using TOAD developer queries. Create or update system end-user training documents and guides. Provide hands-on training to end users on various aspects of the system applications. Coordinate and guide the offshore team for faster issue resolution. Resolve product issues by opening, updating, and escalating service tickets with product vendors. Provide production support using Service Now and procedures for tracking, user communication, and service-level management. Support the business in the development and execution of canned and ad-hoc reports. Create and maintain information technology project plans. Execute projects and enhancements utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies. Monitor and control project activities per the project plan and communicate status to key stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Requires 5 years of post-Bachelor’s, progressive experience. Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Trade Management, Fleet Management, Operational Planning, Logistic Network Modeling, Financials, and Sourcing; Two full software development life cycle implementations of OTM in recent releases 23B and 23C; OTM using the automation AGENTS functionality; Integration between OTM and INTTRA; Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and service-oriented architecture (SOA); Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle Cloud ERP), and Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud (Oracle SCM); ServiceNow and FourKites; and Business intelligence tools and reports: BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion Transportation Intelligence (FTI), AWR Oracle, and QD logs.
