Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Cloud
Job Description:
Fluke Corporation is looking for a versatile Business Systems Analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud to play a significant role in the software development cycle, collecting requirements and directing the activities of the design team. This role requires attention to detail; the Systems Analyst needs to examine functional specifications and translate them into system guidelines that shape project development and find ways to align projects with enterprise-level systems. We are looking for someone to lead teams in the delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions, which means leading the design, implementation, and their respective integrations with Oracle ERP (On-Premises and Cloud). Subscription Management Cloud (SMC), Revenue Management Cloud Service , and Oracle CPQ Fusion applications. Able to work independently, effectively communicating with the team via email, video, audio teleconference, and face-to-face. The right candidate has great communication and leadership skills, is extremely self-motivated, and can quickly learn our proprietary code base. We highly value honesty, integrity, and hard work and reward our team for their efforts. Key Responsibilities: Partner with key team members to analyze needs and solution requirements. Create a collaboration framework, leading development, business, and IT teams. Build and own functional and technical design specifications and data flows. Create a solution prototype and solution development control. Participate in technology selection and lead external vendors. Lead transition and organizational change. Work as part of a team within a project management/agile delivery methodology. Participate in strategic initiatives and projects. Support solution planning, including estimation of implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery practices. Support and maintain standards for Oracle solutions and frameworks. Management and oversight for the delivery of solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science/supply chain/finance applications. 4+ years of experience in business requirements analysis, documenting requirements, process flows, new functionality, and creation of SOP/training materials. Experience working with
Subscription Management Cloud (SMC), Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) . Knowledge of Oracle CPQ applications is a plus. Experience with at least 2 Oracle EBS implementations (R12) in supply chain/financial modules is highly desired. Basic knowledge of SQL and other technical tools and concepts is desired. Energetic and self-motivated professional with good interpersonal, planning, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong functional knowledge, setups, and features, well-versed with end-to-end test cycles. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS.
