Systems Administrator Senior - TS/SCI required

HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Responsible for activities related to system administration.
Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work.
Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.
Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Performs systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks.
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices.
Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems.
Isolates and resolves hardware and software problems involving applications, operating systems, and hardware.
Troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components.
Integrates new technologies into new and existing systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master's with 10 years of experience
Required Skillset:
Ability to provide in-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems.
Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
Security Clearance Level:
TS/SCI
Required Certification(s):
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification is required prior to support on contract.
IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent.
Computing Env: MSCA 2016, Microsoft Azure Administrator or equivalent (Must obtain the full AZ104 Microsoft Azure Administrator within 180 days from start date).

On Customer Site
Additional:
Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract.
Position may require lifting of objects (i.e. IT Hardware) and other moderately strenuous activity.
Travel may be required to support the mission.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
