joining our team to support the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Responsible for activities related to system administration. Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work. Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software. Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks. Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems. Install/load operating system and application software. Isolate and resolve hardware and software problems. Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components. Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education:

Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master’s with 10 years of experience Required Skillset:

Ability to provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets

Security Clearance Level:

TS/SCI Required Certification(s):

DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent Computing Env: MSCA 2016, Microsoft Azure Administrator or equivalent (Must obtain the full AZ104 Microsoft Azure Administrator within 180 days from start date.)

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
