Scrum Master (Preferably with EBS Supply Chain knowledge) Responsibilities:
Enable the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software development projects. Continuously improve the Agile process by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Demonstrate an Agile mindset and working knowledge of Agile techniques including Scrum, Kanban, User Story Writing, eXtreme Programming, and a scaling framework such as SAFe or LeSS. Experience with SCM including branching and merging. Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. Coach on increasing team productivity by analyzing metrics (e.g., burndown, velocity, burn-up, cycle time). Exposure in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management will be an excellent added advantage.
