Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides human resources services to support achieving operational, quality, compliance, and growth objectives. The HRBP provides Human Resources generalist services and support including but not limited to employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, training, and organizational development in accordance with all applicable laws, consistent with the core values and overall strategic objectives of VIVE Collision. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience using ADP Workforce to manage a diverse workforce and a minimum of 3 years’ experience processing a multi-site, multi-state payroll.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with management and employees at all levels to ensure consistent administration of company policies, procedures, and processes. Work closely with talent acquisition teammates to administer and facilitate onboarding experience. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a strong focus around conflict and resolution. Partner with management to increase focus on performance management to proactively address performance issues and build team member skills. Knowledge of leave of absence process and administration (FMLA and state-specific regulations, etc.) Assist with Benefits administration: day-to-day questions and approval of requests (401k, COBRA, leaves of absence, etc.) Participate in site audits as needed. Partner with management and employees to provide coaching with a focus on improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity, and retention. Develop strong, trusting relationships at all levels of the organization to build credibility and deliver value-added HR services. Develop and maintain an understanding of the business including internal and external customers, opportunities, challenges, and risks, short- and long-term goals and objectives. Partner with Operations and Business Development to provide HR support pertinent to acquisitions. Additional duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years HRBP experience in a multi-state, high turnover, non-exempt environment. Experience in high growth/acquisition onboarding environments preferred. Proven experience building and sustaining collaborative business partnerships with field leaders. Solid working knowledge of all HR capabilities (Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, HRIS), SHRM or PHR certified a plus. Demonstrated ability to train and coach field leaders. Ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce. Proven success leading and managing projects to completion.
