We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and solutions-driven partner to management and employees. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at both strategic and transactional HR functions, and have a knack for leveraging technology to streamline processes, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Provide day-to-day HR support, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Drive solutions for complex HR challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate on talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the recruitment of top talent. Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, development, and offboarding. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights and recommendations. Leverage HR technology to optimize workflows, improve reporting, and enhance the employee experience. Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ideal Experience & Must-Haves: 3 years of HR experience , preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, transactional HR tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-driven mindset. High level of proficiency with HRIS systems and other technology tools; tech-savviness is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
