One of our more prestigious clients has asked us for assistance in seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst. What you will do: We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst will implement, manage, and enhance the organization's security posture using advanced technologies and frameworks. This role requires deep technical expertise in Cisco Umbrella, Secure Web Gateway technologies, cloud security, vulnerability management, and security training platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in integrating and automating security solutions to identify, mitigate, and prevent threats while fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Cisco Umbrella and Secure Web Gateway Technologies, including SSL decryption and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) configurations. Conduct regular system assessments, tuning policies to adapt to emerging threats. Develop and execute comprehensive vulnerability management plans to identify, prioritize, and remediate security risks across cloud and on-premises environments. Implement and oversee Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools to ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulations. Leverage Google Security Suite (SIEM, SOAR) to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents. Automate threat detection and incident response workflows using integrated Threat Intelligence and automation tools. Manage the KnowBe4 Phishing/Security Training platform to develop and execute tailored security awareness campaigns. Track and report employee engagement and progress in security training programs, ensuring compliance with best practices. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and resolve security incidents effectively. Continuously analyze threat intelligence and apply insights to strengthen defensive mechanisms. Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles with hands-on exposure to the specified technologies. Expertise in Cisco Umbrella, Secure Web Gateways, and SSL decryption configurations. Proficient in vulnerability management tools and Cloud Security Posture Management solutions. Hands-on experience with Google Security Suite, including SIEM and SOAR tools. Knowledgeable about KnowBe4 or similar security awareness training platforms. Strong understanding of best practices in threat intelligence, automation, and incident response. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Experience in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, NIST, and PCI DSS. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Proactive approach to learning and staying current on emerging cybersecurity trends. May require occasional on-call availability for incident response.
