The Interior Designer's Main Responsibilities Will Include: Develops and updates drawings, presentations and renderings as assigned. Providing support to senior designers, team and helps to address client's requests, project deadlines and inquiries. Assist in creating presentation materials and boards for client presentations. Prepare interior drawings along all phases of design (Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents). Able to research and identify when to apply codes to the project. Work collaboratively with other team members, including Project Managers, Architects, and Construction Administration Members and vendors, to coordinate design implementation and ensure project success. Assists with the development of interiors concepts. Utilizes creative thinking to achieve innovative solutions. Conducts research to support the interior design for project. Schedules updates with vendors and maintains finish library. Qualifications: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, InDesign and Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn Minimum of 3+ years' experience in projects such as, workspace, hospitality, institutional, commercial, governmental, retail, or mixed-use projects.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
