Key Responsibilities Design and execute analytical testing to assess antibody function, with a focus on flow cytometry, ELISA, and other cell-based assays. Assay development, validation and analysis of PK and PD samples. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of antibody-based products and technologies. Thoroughly analyze results and methods, solve analytical problems, troubleshoot assays, and meet regulatory expectations for analytics. Requirements Degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field. PhD with 0+ years, or MS with 3+ years of experience in protein engineering, preferably including antibody research in an industrial, academic or government laboratory setting.
