We are a team of scientists and AI/ML engineers working on multiple AI/ML projects. We use state-of-the-art science and engineering practices to solve hard problems for our customers in contact center operations, management, and optimization. We move fast to implement innovative solutions and refine them based on customer feedback. We are looking for passionate and talented Software Development Engineers to innovate on this new service that addresses customer needs to build modern contact centers in the cloud. You will play a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center and have the opportunity to design and deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus. As an Engineer on our team, you’ll own code end-to-end from design to development, and work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS. You’ll have a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience, working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and more. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
