We are a team of scientists and AI/ML engineers working on multiple AI/ML projects in Amazon Connect. We use state-of-the-art science and engineering practices to solve hard problems for our customers in contact center operations, management and optimization. We are looking for passionate and talented Software Development Engineers to join us to innovate on this new service that addresses customer needs to build modern contact centers in the cloud. You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center, and get the opportunity to design and deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus. As an Engineer on our team, you’ll own code end-to-end from design to development, and work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS. You’ll have a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience, working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data and more. Amazon Connect leverages the power of Artificial Intelligence and the large ecosystem of AWS services. Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience Experience programming with at least one software programming language 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
