As a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate. Your expertise in systems engineering, project management, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology and industry solutions.
You will report directly to the Ring Laser Gyro Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, Minnesota location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced systems and solutions, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex systems and solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products and services Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of systems Identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under minimal supervision WE VALUE
Advanced Engineering degree such as EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering), etc. Experience in leading complex system integration projects Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies Passion for innovation and continuous learning Attention to detail Excellent problem-solving capability Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
