The Morphable Biorobotics Lab (https://sites.bu.edu/ranzani-lab/) at Boston University is seeking a highly motivated postdoc to join our team's research efforts in the broad areas of soft robotics and surgical robotics with applications in beating heart valve repair. Initial appointments will be for one year with the possibility of extension. The preferred start date is October 2024. Required Skills PhD required. Prior experience in soft robotics and surgical robotics is required. A background in modeling and control of soft robots is strongly recommended. Experience with animal experiments and the ability to work collaboratively with clinicians is helpful. Qualifications: PhD required.
