EXPERIENCED Mining Engineer

and be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and operation of underground mining activities. This includes ensuring safety standards, optimizing mining processes, managing resources, and ensuring efficient extraction of gold, all while addressing the geological, mechanical, and operational challenges specific to the site. About the role Conduct all relevant aspects of engineering work including scheduling, and drill and blast support. Provide technical engineering and commercial support for the site. Assist site personnel with management of mining physicals and checks. Review and liaise client schedules, equipment allocation and expected costs and revenue. Support in progress claim audits and forecast preparation for the project. About you More than 5 years’ experience working on a mine site. Experience working in an underground mine preferable. Knowledge of basic computing systems and programs is essential. The ability to present information and reports clearly and professionally.
