Livestream Planning & Account Management:
Contribute to developing livestream strategies, including content, timing, and frequency. Plan and execute livestream events to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets. Data Monitoring & Analysis:
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data analysis of livestream performance. Use data feedback to optimize content and improve key performance indicators. Product Selection & Event Execution:
Assist in the selection of products based on overseas market trends and consumer preferences. Plan and execute events to increase product exposure and sales. Industry Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and offer suggestions for improving livestream performance to enhance conversion rates. Requirements:
No prior experience is required, but experience managing a TikTok/Douyin personal account or internships related to content operations are preferred. Strong interest in livestream e-commerce and knowledge of social media platform operations. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with availability to intern at least four days per week. Must be able to handle the duration and intensity of livestreams. Personal Qualities: Outgoing, patient, with strong stress management and creative problem-solving skills. Passionate about new media, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve professional skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to use both languages in a professional setting.
