Employee Assistance Program Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 5+ years experience in top tier consulting Experience in manufacturing and/or building products industry preferred Highly collaborative and works well independently Willing to roll their sleeves up and lean into the work themselves Strong finance/business acumen Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to coherently present complex financial topics tailored to audiences of varying seniority and functions to create understanding and influence decisions. Experienced both in world-class companies driving standard processes and systems, and in less-mature companies with limited resources in a state of transformation to a more mature model. Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change, develop solutions, and build cross-functional teams. Excellent critical thinking with strategic/analytical mindset Stakeholder management and experience working with C-suite and/or Boards Experience in project management for high complexity strategic projects (i.e., high stakes, cross divisional, cross functional, turnaround situation) Duties and Responsibilities Works closely with CTO to help manage and support VCP initiatives Performs financial modeling and sensitivity analysis Supports creation of board level management presentations Interfaces with external consultants and expert networks Supports/leads transformation communication planning and change management. Analyzes trends and uses complex data modeling to improve business performance. Location:
