We are searching for a candidate with:
Sophomore or above with a major in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar. Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Ability to learn software quickly. Strong interpersonal skills - not afraid of direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Tech-savvy - Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with basic financial modeling experience. Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Assisting in managing acquisition deal flow, including acquisition opportunity evaluation and due diligence. Conducting research for key acquisition targets and presenting findings to leadership team. Evaluating inbound acquisition and divestiture opportunities from investment banks, private equity firms, and other third parties. Any additional responsibilities deemed necessary by leadership.
