Job Purpose:

Provide and update Test process flows and process instructions. Report and monitor daily yields of critical test operations. If any downward trend is noted, appropriate actions must be taken. Deploy new test station from customers’ sites and perform testers’ qualification before release to production use. Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Develop solutions to technical problems through engineering principles, theories, and concepts. Supervise subordinates to perform their functions/tasks. Receive assignments and guidance from project leaders and engineering managers. Install approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions. Ability to read and understand simple test scripts. Know your customers’ expectations and drive actions to meet them. Perform related work as required. Maintain the test equipment up to date for PM and Calibration. Develop test procedures, methods, and tools for testing, verification, and certification of the company’s products. Validate testing activities and results of manufacturing equipment. Participate in design verification of new test equipment. Participate in preparing product compliance documentation. Develop procedures and tools for testing, calibration, and verification of the equipment, cooperating with the test developer. Ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated, and certified according to the corresponding procedures. Participate in Root Cause Analysis when repetitive failures occur or failures under warranty. Ensure accurate documentation, recording, and archiving of measurement data pertaining to product parameters and process control performance. Assist and train technicians/operators, when required, in troubleshooting and repairing failed products or returned products from customers. Focus on:

Debugging and troubleshooting systems to PCBA component levels. Reviewing and analyzing 3-strike cases, and communicating with customers to provide solutions. Communicating with other functional departments to investigate RMA cases and writing FA reports based on customer requirements. Scheduling and following up on outstanding RMA cases to completion. Installing/setup new ICT test fixtures and programming or testing stations with/without customer/vendor support. Performing testers’ qualification (IOPQ) and writing qualification (IOPQ) reports. Job Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with Keysight ICT test (Agilent Legacy). Familiarity with SMT, X-Ray, and Structural Tests. PCBA knowledge and experience in network/optical network (preferred). 5+ years of contract manufacturing experience in test processes. EE/CE BS degree with 5+ years of experience in Contract Manufacturing in NPI and production phases. Computer programming/scripting skills. Good communication skills, with the ability to read and write technical reports in English.
