Drive process simplification, automation, and standardization to improve efficiency and expand impact on customer experience. Effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders through verbal presentations, written reports, and data visualizations. Conduct statistical analyses, including hypothesis testing and A/B testing, to support data-driven decision-making. Innovate new methodologies and approaches to understand and improve customer experiences, leveraging both existing and new data sources. A day in the life You will work closely with product, program, and tech teams in order to stay connected to the ongoing feature launch roadmaps. The Selling Partners Support ecosystem is constantly evolving and our analytics systems must be maintained and adapted to ensure our measurement strategy and reporting mechanisms accommodate these changes.
