About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Construction Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent within the construction and electrical industries. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience while contributing to broader talent acquisition initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding activities.
  • Manage requisitions and documentation through the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to conduct intake calls, understanding their hiring needs and creating tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the organization at recruiting events, information sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and maintain data and metrics related to talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) as they relate to the workforce.
  • Provide support and collaborate on cross-functional talent acquisition projects as assigned by the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
  • Perform additional assignments related to talent acquisition to meet evolving business needs.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the construction or electrical industries.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications; experience with Jobvite ATS is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Positive and resilient approach with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and shifting priorities with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills, with acute attention to detail.
