Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment and workspaces.
- Monitor production schedules and support team members in meeting deadlines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all materials meet company standards.
- Manage inventory and track materials used during production.
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
