Administrative Assistant that Rocks!

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in, or be familiar with a home building or remodeling office and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $52,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Prepare and process documents related to construction projects, contracts, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for project documentation.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and handling invoices.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the home building or remodeling industry.
  • Exceptional computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus!!
