Job Description
Anarust Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing seamless support. This is a fully remote position open to residents or permit holders of the United States.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across different time zones.
Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
Manage expense reports and track budgets.
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Act as a liaison between executives and other internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior-level executives.
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Experience with video conferencing and other remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Must be a resident or permit holder of the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with project management software.
