We are currently seeking an experienced and organized High-Level Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a CEO and his Staff in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant supporting C-level executives. This is a direct hire position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in a related field
**This position is going to be fully On-Site in the Downtown DC Area - Remote/Hybrid work will open up but for the first 3-6 months will require to be On-Site a majority of the time to learn the CEO and other Executives**
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes (notes).
- Handle confidential correspondence, drafting and editing documents, and distributing communications as needed.
- Conduct extensive research on external stakeholders, organizations, and industry trends to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and responsive communication.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, coordinating with other departments and team members as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant supporting CEO, CFO, or President level executives.
- Experience managing and scheduling travel itineraries, meeting preparation, minutes (notes), and confidential correspondence.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 a year
