Work arrangement:
- Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday.
- W2 position; 12 months
- As a member of the PMO Department, the Senior IT Project Leader is responsible for managing teams of technical and business professionals to deliver IT solutions to the Bank and its partners.
- The Senior IT Project Leader acts as a single point of contact for all project-related activities and information.
- The Senior IT Project Leader must possess the ability to understand, translate, and apply Waterfall and Agile concepts in driving the work to be accomplished.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Finance or other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Experience managing complex technology projects.
- Thorough knowledge of Waterfall-based project management.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum principles.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team and management.
- Successful relationship builder as it relates to managing teams and interacting with stakeholders/customers.
- Willingness to be a continuous learner.
- Ability to manage competing demands.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- At least intermediate level skills using Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project.
