Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' specific needs
- Provide differentiated instruction in small group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
- VA Special Education Teacher Certification required
- Experience working with students preferred
