Role: Senior Civil / Stormwater Engineer
Location: Norwood, MA
Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000+ (ESOP, full benefits package, and an annual bonus)

POSITION SUMMARY:
One of New England's most well respected Engineering firms is looking to add an experienced Civil Engineer with a Stormwater focus to their team located just South of Boston. In this role, you will work alongside industry-leading engineers across New England on high-impact stormwater and civil/land infrastructure projects, primarily serving public-sector clients. This position plays a vital role in the continued growth and success of our firm.

DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and oversee engineering projects focused on stormwater and water resources planning and design
  • Act as the technical design lead on multiple concurrent projects
  • Deliver high-end client service through strong and prompt communication
  • Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules for detailed planning, design, reviews, and contract documents
  • Provide oversight during construction phases, ensuring compliance and progress
  • Mentor and guide junior professionals in their career growth
  • Lead team discussions, client meetings, and public presentations
  • Perform other tasks as needed

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred, but not required
  • 8+ years of experience post grad Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience working on stormwater projects
  • Strong background in hydraulic modeling and/or environmental engineering is a big plus
  • Proven project management experience with excellent organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to perform fieldwork in varying conditions
