• We are seeking a Unified Communications Engineer II to support various facets of telecommunication systems and services.
• The role includes planning, installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting communication platforms, ensuring operational security and disaster recovery readiness.
• This position demands proactive collaboration with business units, end-users, and vendors to implement effective solutions and drive growth.
• The engineer will maintain and optimize communication systems in a 24/7 operational environment.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of telecommunication systems and related hardware/software.
• Experience with collaboration tools and technologies for communication systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize telecommunication equipment and environments.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet production deadlines.
• Commitment to professional growth and team collaboration.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with voice recording technologies or similar systems.
• Background in risk assessment and reporting for telecommunication systems.
• Experience with customer-oriented problem-solving and building long-term relationships.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $65.51/Max Per HR
