Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking a Logistician III to join our team of professionals in support of the DoD. The projected start date is February 2025.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Prepare, review, update and maintain logistics documentation, as required. This documentation includes, but is not limited to, Life-Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Logistics Requirements and Funding Summary (LRFS), Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans, Stock List (SL)-3 Supply Instructions (SIs), and Fielding, Deployment, Disposal, and Transition Plans.
  • Utilize the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) to create, review, and update the Table of Authorized Material Control Number (TAMCN) status and TAMCN data elements on a daily basis.
  • Utilize the DoD Provisioning and cataloging process to track and review configuration items on a daily basis.
  • Utilize Remedy, Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS), and Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) systems to perform receiving, birthing, distribution, monitoring, and recording of hardware and software data.
  • The Contractor shall plan and coordinate fielding conferences and develop and maintain a Fielding Conference POC list.
  • Track the receipt and transfer of all assets assigned to PEO Digital - USMC Responsible Officers (ROs) in GCSS-MC or Property Custodian (PC) in DPAS as appropriate and support timely reconciliation of property.
  • Assist in the collection, analysis, reconciliation and forecasting of requirements to support, replace, or upgrade Information Technology (IT) hardware and software items. (CDRL D001: Quarterly Data Collection Analysis Report)
  • Track all hardware warranty and software license use, to include confirmation of licenses in support of all IT software (SW) fielded. (CDRL D002: Monthly Hardware Warranty and Software License Status Report)
  • Track, monitor, and maintain logistics documentation electronically, within Government-designated repositories.
  • Submit expected annual shipping costs to the Government based on forecasted fielding of equipment.
  • Performs related work as assigned.
Work Environment: This job operates in both teleworking and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and operate office equipment.

Position type and expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. The work schedule is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the core hours being 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Travel: Travel may be required within and outside of the local area to support the task requirements such as attendance at meetings, demonstrations, and working group meetings.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
    • Preferred: DAWIA Logistics Certification
  • Experience:
    • 10 years of Logistics related experience
  • Clearance:
    • Must be US Citizen, must be able to pass a background investigation per local law and regulations, and must be authorized to work in the U.S., must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
    • Active DoD Security Clearance is preferred.
