Sr Traffic Engineer

In this role, you will assist the team by performing various traffic planning assignments, participating in business development activities, and serving as project manager or task lead on planning projects and PD&E studies. Here’s What You’ll Do: Prepare / Review Interchange Justification (IFR), Interchange Modification (IMR), or Interchange Operational Analysis (IOAR) Reports Prepare / Review safety improvement studies Prepare / Review traffic impact studies Prepare / Review Signal warrant studies Conduct Traffic Operation and Level of Service analysis Review conceptual designs and prepare corridor analysis reports Attend design review meetings and interact with clients and consultant partners Provide in-house support to clients as needed Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license Demonstrated substantial experience providing planning services on Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) and SIS Connectors Experience with the following software: Synchro HCS Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
