As a storytelling company, creative marketing is at the core of our strategy. We’re looking for a Director of Creative with a strong business understanding and a proven track record of building brands through creative marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead our creative team and shape our brand. This role combines the responsibilities of a traditional Creative Director with elements of brand management, focusing on delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions that align with our company's strategic goals. What you’ll do: Creative Strategy : Develop and implement innovative strategies that align with our brand objectives and business goals. Creative Execution : Oversee the creative process from concept to execution across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media. Brand Management : Own the visual brand identity and ensure consistency in brand messaging through all customer interactions and tailored campaigns. Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creative ideation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, webinars, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. Project Management : Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative marketing team. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, high achievement, and continuous learning. Requirements: Who you are: 8+ years of creative marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in executing creative campaigns yourself. You excel either in storytelling, design, video, or copywriting. Innovative problem-solver with the ability to deeply understand the customer context and translate this into clear, concise, and creative output. Storyteller (verbal and written) with a strong understanding of creative, content, and community engagement. You’re driven by business results, bring a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to challenges, and care about the customers we serve and the product we’re building. Excellent project management and organizational skills, plus the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Adaptability to changing trends and technologies in the creative industry.
