We are seeking a visionary Creative Director in the Greater Nashville area to join our team and lead the building, development, execution, and implementation of brands across our family of companies.Position Summary: As Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the storytelling and brand identity for The Providence Groups and its portfolio of entrepreneurial ventures. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate our brand and drive business growth. Your expertise will guide the creation of impactful collateral and campaigns that inspire and connect with diverse audiences.This full-time role is based in the greater Nashville area. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of brand development, storytelling, and creative strategy within high-growth environments. Join us to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of business growth and scalability.Key Responsibilities:Champion and evolve TPG brands by developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with brand standard guidelines.Lead the creation and execution of visual strategies and campaigns, translating complex concepts into compelling designs.Drive art direction, illustration, and copywriting for a variety of creative projects-from print to digital-to support business development and demand generation initiatives.Craft engaging, unique, and effective copy aligned with client needs and organizational goals.Review and refine creative content, presentations, and collateral, providing actionable feedback and final approvals.Monitor and evaluate creative initiatives, proposing strategic improvements to enhance performance and engagement.Build and maintain a repository of creative assets and resources for consistent brand application across all projects.Stay informed about industry trends, entrepreneurial markets, and The Providence Groups' evolving portfolio to inform creative strategy. RequirementsQualifications:Proven experience as a senior designer or creative director, ideally within entrepreneurial or high-growth business environments.Expertise in creative processes, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.Proficiency with design and marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Marketo, WordPress, and Canva.Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a strong advantage.Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.Strong organizational and project management capabilities.Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to delegate.Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Fine Art, Design, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Quick learner with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and entrepreneurial trends.High-energy team player with a passion for storytelling and business innovation.
