Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional, hands-on Creative Director to lead our CADY Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovative creative strategies that bridge marketing campaigns and digital product development. As our strategic creative leader, you will craft compelling visual narratives that seamlessly translate across digital and physical platforms, transforming our brand's creative vision into impactful, cohesive experiences.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative excellence, using your unique perspective to inspire our team and elevate our brand's visual storytelling. You will be responsible for developing breakthrough concepts that not only capture our brand's essence but also drive meaningful engagement with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive creative strategies that align with the CADY brand, core identity and business objectives
Ensure consistency and excellence in visual storytelling and brand representation across platforms
Conceptualize and execute cohesive marketing campaigns and deliverables for Product Lines across online and offline channels
Design and implement intuitive UI/UX strategies for digital products within our booking and ordering websites.
Effectively communicate and present creative visions to key stakeholders across the organization through visually compelling imagery that tells a story.
Contribute innovative conceptual ideas across all business areas to drive strategic growth and organizational advancement
Leadership and Strategic Oversight Responsibilities:
Direct cross- functional teams and provide strategic guidance and constructive feedback to designers, copywriters and developers across print, digital, and product design
Lead the creative team through all stages of project development, from initial concept to final execution and provide strategic guidance and constructive feedback
Manage team members and cultivate a positive working environment providing mentorship and fostering career development
Adhere to production timeliness, deliverables and budget constraints and assist with process improvements
Work with external vendors and agencies to build ongoing relationships
Creative Direction & Design Responsibilities:
Lead the Creative Direction for the CADY Storytelling initiative, including creative process for story creation, visual design language for implementation for TellIt, Spark, and Heroes stories across platforms.
Direct Product Launch marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, print collateral (flyers, postcards, brochures, and Lookbooks)
Optimize booking and ordering websites through strategic feature and functionality upgrades aimed at improving conversion rates and average order KPIs
Develop brand strategy and creative direction for Experiential Marketing Initiatives, including the design and conceptualization of new Photo Studio and Innovation Center Spaces
Assist in internal deck creation for phase 1,2 and product launches.
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
7-10 years of related experience with 5+ years providing creative direction
A Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (preferred) or a degree in graphic design, visual communication or equivalent professional experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across marketing, branding, user interface design and user experience across digital product design.
Proven track record of successful creative leadership in marketing campaigns and digital product design
Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to conceptualize and execute cross-platform creative approaches
Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Extensive supervisory experience (including leadership, team-building, and delegation) leading and managing a creative team.
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote and Google Slides
Understanding of motion design and print production is a plus.
