Monday (remote) , Tues. - Thurs. (in-office) Friday (remote)

Hours of operation: 7a-4p (or) 8a-5p
*Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 *based upon experience
Reports To: Sr. Director of Marketing

Job Details:
One of the fastest-growing pet tech SaaS companies in the world, is seeking a talented Brand & Creative Director to shape and execute our brand identity and creative strategy. As a key member of the team, you will oversee all aspects of brand development, management, creative direction, production, PR, and education. Your expertise will help deliver compelling and cohesive brand experiences across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives
- Provide strategic direction and creative vision for all brand initiatives
- Define and maintain our brand's visual identity
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer insights to continuously evolve and refine our brand positioning
- Lead the production of high-quality video and photography content
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms
- Drive the design process for digital and print materials
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives
- Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and sales teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic brand management, creative direction, and/or marketing roles
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design production and copywriting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and editing software
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, graphic design, videography, photography, and copywriting
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
