We're looking for a hands-on, highly creative, and strategic Creative Director to lead and execute all aspects of our creative initiatives. As the first Creative Director at AndHealth, you will be responsible for not only shaping the overall creative direction of our brand but also producing and overseeing the day-to-day creation of high-quality content and assets. This is an exciting opportunity to set the tone for our brand's visual identity and lead the creative vision for everything we do.You will have the chance to collaborate closely with the leadership team, work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and product teams, and play an essential role in building the visual and creative assets that drive our business forward.What you'll do in the role:Define, shape, and execute the creative vision and brand identity for AndHealth, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.Lead and inspire the creative team (which may include designers, copywriters, freelancers, etc.) while directly producing high-quality creative work.Provide creative direction for everything from digital and print materials to marketing campaigns, ensuring that all assets align with our core values and brand goals.Create, design, and produce key creative assets across all channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, print collateral, and product packaging.Work hands-on with design software to develop visually compelling designs that capture the essence of our brand.Oversee the production of photography, video content, and other visual media, ensuring high-quality standards.Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and other key initiatives.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create content that tells our brand story, drives user engagement, and contributes to business growth.Partner with other departments to execute on-time, on-budget creative projects that support both short-term and long-term objectives.Work closely with the leadership team, product, and marketing teams to ensure the creative output is aligned with company goals and market demands.Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all creative assets, ensuring quality and brand standards are upheld.Ensure that creative work meets the highest standards, both in terms of design and messaging, while managing timelines and resources effectively.Take full ownership of creative projects from start to finish, including briefing, concepting, designing, producing, and delivering final assets.Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient delivery and execution.Other Skills or Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with hands-on design and production experience.
