About the Role
The Vice President of Operations will oversee all aspects of franchise and corporate restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, driving franchisee success, and supporting the growth and scalability of the brand. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to manage multi-unit operations while fostering strong relationships with franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
•    Franchise Operations Leadership: Oversee and support franchisees, ensuring operational excellence, adherence to brand standards, and alignment with company goals.
•    Operational Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction across corporate and franchised units.
•    Training & Development: Lead initiatives to train and mentor franchisees, general managers, and operations teams to maintain consistency and performance.
•    Performance Management: Analyze key performance metrics, provide insights, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.
•    Growth Management: Support franchise development efforts, ensuring operational readiness for new openings and scalability across markets.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business goals and brand initiatives.
•    Problem-Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing challenges and providing solutions to operational issues.
•    Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with brand, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications
•    Experience: Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit operations, with a focus on franchise management in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
•    Franchise Expertise: Proven track record of managing franchisee relationships, supporting franchise growth, and delivering results in a franchised business model.
•    Strategic Leadership: Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with operational details.
•    Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, operational KPIs, and profitability drivers.
•    Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
•    Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
