Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a LenelS2 Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will process orders, answer inbound customer phone calls, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare written correspondence to address customer concerns or inquiries.
- Fulfill customer needs to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Follow pre-established guidelines and rely on instructions to perform job functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with commonly-used concepts and practices within customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision and within a structured environment.
Additional Details:
- Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional opportunities for overtime.
- Reports to a supervisor or manager.
