Position Overview

Our client is seeking a temporary Associate Brand Manager to support their team in driving product innovation, managing cross-functional projects, and executing go-to-market strategies. This role will focus on delivering successful product launches, conducting competitive research, and ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Product Innovation Support: Assist in the development of new product concepts by analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data. Contribute to pricing strategies and product positioning recommendations.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines and deliverables for product launches, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams including creative, R&D, and operations.
  • Packaging Development: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop packaging artwork and copy. Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate approval processes across regions.
  • Consumer Insights: Support research initiatives by contributing to survey development, analyzing results, and summarizing key findings. Monitor consumer feedback and identify actionable opportunities for the brand.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to track competitors products, strategies, and market positioning. Provide insights and recommendations to inform brand strategy.
  • Brand Execution: Assist in the development of brand presentations, marketing assets, and campaign materials to ensure consistency and alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management or consumer goods (CPG) industries
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or similar industries is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight timelines
  • Analytical thinker with experience translating data and trends into actionable strategies
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders and teams
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to manage projects independently
