Overview
This role combines responsibilities in both human resources and daily operations, providing support to ensure smooth HR processes and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be involved in employee onboarding, compliance, recruitment support, and operational processes that contribute to the efficient delivery of staffing services. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll and invoices.
  • Prepare payroll by collecting and verifying timesheets, overtime, and attendance records.
  • Manage and facilitate the onboarding process, including conducting orientation, preparing employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee files, including personal information, performance records, and compliance documents.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Support the resolution of employee issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner, escalating as necessary.
  • Track and manage staffing assignments, ensuring workers are compliant with client requirements and have the necessary tools and resources.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by addressing concerns, providing staffing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and suggest improvements to streamline HR and operations workflows.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including office management, scheduling, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in HR, administration, or operations, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly DOE + Benefits (PTO, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick time)!
