We are looking for Business Development Manager (Hunter role) with leadership qualities to bring in new customers and new logos for the company to expand/grow our practice within our technology business. Ideal candidate will be someone from a technology/staffing arena and understands the industry landscape well. Passion for sales, business development, account management and consulting is must for this role.

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Staffing Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
• Identify, target, and engage prospective clients, primarily tier1/ direct clients, to generate new business opportunities for IT staffing services.
• Responsible for bringing in new business opportunities by leveraging industry experience, connections with tier1/ direct clients, and acquiring new Logos.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing in new business.
• Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle, staffing models, and relevant technologies.
• In-depth understanding of the IT staffing industry, including market trends, client demands, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal resources and external networks to prioritize and penetrate key accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
