Human Resources Manager The HR Manager will provide strategic human resource leadership to this non-union manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on to effectively create, translate, and implement business strategy into the organization. The Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in the development and implementation of appropriate policies and programs including the following: Employee realtions Talent acquisition and retention Employee development Change management and culture development Performance management and improvement systems Succession planning / talent management Leadership and team development Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. SHRM certifications a plus 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and state/ federal employment laws Ability to align people, processes, and practices with business objectives Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities Strong record of driving organizational change, delivering results, and high performance Excellent Compensation and Benefits package is offered.
