We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources (HR) to lead our HR department. As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our business goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.

This role involves managing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with strong business acumen and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.

This position is on-site at our Tualatin, Oregon headquarters and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. This position does not offer Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. Provide strategic leadership and oversight for HR operations across Tualatin and Dallas, OR, Malaysia, and India, ensuring alignment with local regulations, cultural considerations, and company objectives while fostering a cohesive global workforce. Utilize KPI-driven metrics to design, implement, and oversee a robust performance management system that aligns employee goals with organizational objectives. Provide leadership and guidance throughout the organization but must also be willing and able to complete day-to-day HR tasks, while embodying a "roll up the sleeves, can do" attitude. Lead the recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent. Oversee employee relations and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a fair and positive work environment. Design and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and equity. Foster a culture of continuous learning by developing training programs that support employee growth and leadership development. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices across all locations. Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Build and manage the HR team, providing support and guidance to ensure their professional growth and effectiveness. Optimize HR workflows for efficiency, ensuring processes are streamlined and effective in supporting business and employee needs. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification, such as PHR/SPHR, preferred). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Compensation / Benefits
