Job Title: Director of Human Resources
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (with travel to multiple locations)
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Human Resources to join our team. This position will be based in Scottsdale, Arizona, but will require travel to our various locations as needed.
Position Overview:
The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in supporting our growth by providing strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of our human resources function. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support our organizational objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to ensure we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.Implement and maintain effective performance management systems that drive employee engagement, productivity, and professional growth.Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support on a range of issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity programs.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver relevant training and development programs to support employee skill development and career advancement.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing HR metrics and identifying areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.If you are a seasoned HR professional looking to make a significant impact within a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.
