The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws, and regulations, strategic guidance, training & development, etc.QualificationsRecruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skillsTraining and Development expertiseKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesMinimum 7 years experience in HR with 5 years of hands on senior level HR experienceBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCurrent SHRM or HRCI HR certification desired. SPHR or SHRM-SCP if preferred.
