Job Description: Human Resources Director needed in North Scottsdale
We are a fast-growing medical company based in Scottsdale AZ who is focused on taking great care of our employees. We are looking to expand and strengthen our Human Resources team by adding an experienced HR Director to oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and operations. With a staff of nearly 200 individuals, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing plans for a variety of HR matters such as health and safety, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. The right candidate for this position should have a passion for leading and developing a department within our company with employee culture and compliance as its focus.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage all employee relations, such as conflict resolution, performance management, and investigationsOversee health and benefit managementPlan and execute strategies for staffing, employee development, training, and performance evaluationsCollaborate with multiple departments and entities for succession management, employee relations, and coachingMonitor and adhere to employment legislation and regulationsResolve violations and complaints invoking disciplinary action if requiredWork with other managers and Directors to help discuss and strategize employee items per departmentReport to the executive team by analyzing data and using pertinent metricsSupervise / Manage the work of HR personnel within the HR department and provide guidance, direction, and leadership.Ability to collaborate with senior management while actively engaging in day-to-day operations.Job requirements:
A four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field7+ years of HR management experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience as a leaderCreative problem solvingKnowledge of data analysis and reportingHigh ethical standardsExperience with an employee load of 200+ Employees
