We're seeking a visionary Head of Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy to drive our company's market presence and growth initiatives. This executive-level position will be responsible for architecting and executing our global digital marketing strategy while building and maintaining a powerful brand presence in the rapidly evolving wearable technology sector. Strategic Leadership Responsibilities Brand & Digital Strategy

Architect and execute comprehensive digital marketing and brand strategies that position Lucyd as the premier smart eyewear brand Lead digital transformation initiatives across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints Develop and articulate compelling brand narratives that resonate with our target audiences Drive innovation in marketing technology adoption and implementation Growth & Performance Marketing

Oversee multi-million dollar marketing budget allocation across channels Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven decision making Lead the development of performance marketing frameworks and ROI measurement systems Direct the optimization of customer journey and conversion rate strategies Team & Resource Leadership

Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams, including in-house and remote professionals Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and technology partners Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Technology teams Digital Marketing Excellence

Spearhead the evolution of our digital marketing ecosystem Own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels Lead the implementation of marketing automation and CRM strategies Direct SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic growth and market presence Qualifications Experience & Education

8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles Proven track record of scaling digital marketing operations for consumer technology brands Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred Demonstrated success in managing seven-figure marketing budgets Experience in D2C e-commerce and technology sector marketing Essential Skills

Strategic thinking and execution capabilities at both macro and micro levels Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and platforms Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities Excellence in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration Technical Proficiencies
