Key Partnerships Microsoft Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud SAP Oracle Job Title: Solution Architect Location: Dallas, TX Remote/Onsite: Day 1 onsite at customer location Contracting: $80/hr C2H (contract to hire after 6 months) Full time: $140k Acceptable Visa: USC/GC/H1 (No Transfer) Responsibilities: Design solution architectures that consider functionality, cost, performance, scalability, reusability, and extensibility. Proactively build, develop, and maintain stakeholder commitment at all levels and manage contradictory interests and concerns. Translate business requirements into models, guidelines, and principles and define concepts and solutions for the GCS domain, in line with the relevant vision, roadmap, and reference architecture. Develop a vision and roadmap regarding architecture and formulate roadmap based on broadly defined business strategy. Present and advise on proposals to all relevant stakeholders and facilitate directional decision making. Translate relevant requirements and deliverables into principles, specifications, standards, methods, and tools. Monitor the contents and designs of the defined (sub-)systems against the requirements and deliverables and take or initiate corrective actions if needed. Define verification and validation activities in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Develop, maintain, and share knowledge and knowhow, keeping pace with both internal and external (innovative) developments. Analyze and identify the root cause of problems and define corrective actions to prevent problems in the future. Provide expertise on best practices, standards, architectural approaches, and complex technical resolutions. Your profile: Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in the specified area. At least 5 years of related experience. Excellent analytical, conceptual, and modeling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and motivational skills. Experience in modeling and graphic representations. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and experience with EA Tools. Hands-on experience with architecture modeling and modeling tools. Willingness to travel intercontinentally on a regular basis. Fluent in English.
